If you’d prefer to pay by check:

• Make your check out to the appropriate association name. If you pay for two associations (eg: The Master and The Enclave or The Townhomes and The Master), you will need to write two separate checks made out to each individual association.
• You can mail your payment to Omni Management Services P.O. Box 441570 Indianapolis, IN 46244
• Be sure to include your name and your address on the check. If you have your account number (located on the recent mailer you received) that’s helpful as well.

If you’d like to pay online:

• Log into your Caliber portal account and follow the directions there to make a payment. If you haven’t created a log in for the Caliber portal, we urge you to do so. Please keep in mind, if you pay multiple associations (ie: the Master and the Enclave or the Townhomes and the Master) you will need to create two separate Caliber portal accounts.

If you’d like to set up automatic payments:

• Visit omni-property.com and follow the directions after following the “Payments” icon there.

We understand that these delays are out of not only our control but the homeowner’s control as well. Once you receive your coupons you should be able to resume mailing your payments with the coupon to the Las Vegas processing center.
